Proficient on resume search on portals such as monster, net temps, dice.com
Handle end-to-end responsibilities in terms of identification of relevant profiles, sourcing.
Work with account managers to fully understand client requirements - online searches / job postings / referrals
Work closely with the candidates on the following: resumes preparation, interview scheduling
Build relationships with third party sources for resumes
Must be able to multi-task and possess a Sense of Urgency
Extremely strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills
