Job Description :
• Establishing stable connectivity between the Clients LAN, as required.
• Trouble shooting of all types Hardware, Printers, Modems queries, Software queries.
• Providing Systems and Network support on day-to-day basic to different customers.
• Installation of Operating System.
• Managing and Configuring MS Outlook ExpressXP / 2003.
• Trouble shooting all types of query related to Lotus Notes
• Secure recovers the files and folders which are deleted and from formatted Hard Disk.
• Ability to work securely on Virus related problems.
