Work closely with the recruiting and account managers to submit qualified resumes on time
Excellent existing contacts with third party suppliers and vendors
Must have a clear knowledge on technical skills and tools
Use the internal resume database and various job boards effectively to identify and recruit qualified candidates
Proven expertise in managing the recruitment life cycle
Job Description:
Responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle
Strong at managing client expectations and delivering quality resources
Understanding and analyzing the clients’ requirements
Must have experience in US tax formalities
Work proactively on end to end recruitment for hiring for our Customers by utilizing effective tools for sourcing, selection and on boarding.
Negotiating the pay rate for the position
Coordination with customers/vendor/suppliers
Coordinate with Onsite/offshore team.
