Job Descriptions : *Exp in Adobe Photoshop to design web layout. * Knowledge in DIV tag is a **MUST**. * Good Knowledge in Dream Weaver, HTML,CSS & java script, Flash, Exposure to Web 2.0, CSS 2.0, XHTML. * Exposure to table-less div designs, html validation, Flash Scripting, * Knowledge in PHP is added advantage

Responsibilities : * Extremely Creative, Cooperative & Confident. * Expert in Photo shop, Illustrator/Freehand & Dream weaver. * Decent skills in Flash animation & Action Script * Must have quality working experience as per international design standards. * Ability to handle work pressure, deadlines and demanding tasks, as and when required. * Must have ability to manage work responsibly and passionately. * Ability to handle multiple projects and produce quality results, as and when required.

Requirement : * Expert in HTML, DIV Tag, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript & AJAX. * Ability to customize JavaScript and other open sources as per requirements. * Ability to create flawless CSS based HTML & XHTML templates. * Good knowledge of ASP, PHP is an advantage.* Basic understanding of design standards like alignment, design consistency & web standards like browser compatibility & search engine optimization etc is a must.
