Job Description
HI WE REQUIRE UNDERWRITER IN QUATRRO BPO IN CHENNAI LOCATION-
The responsibilities include the following:
• Processing loan applications on a daily basis • Taking Process Knowledge Tests• Attending update sessions, team meetings / huddles etc. • Communication of day end self performance reports with the Team Lead • Proactively inform Team Lead of upcoming Red flags / exceptions• Involvement in Calibration sessions as per requirement• Assist towards process key improvement activities• Need to keep updated with recent SOP changes & process requirements• Perform mortgage underwriting for single or multiple clients Information security related roles responsibilities• Implement and act in accordance with the organization’s information security policy• Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification destruction or interferance• Execute particular security processes or activities as may be assigned by the superior• Be accountable and responsible for actions taken• Report breach of security events or other security risks to the organization• The incumbent should have 6 months to 2 years experience in US Mortgage Underwriting• The person should be a graduate• Exposure to prime or non-prime US Mortgage business
