Role : Informatica/Teredata Developers
JD :
Mainly looking at resources with DW. Informtica, Teradata and Unix Shell Scripting experience Understanding of data ware housing concept and relational data bases.
Must have good communication skills. Must have working experience with various join strategies in Teradata.
Must have experience with creation of BTEQ scripts. Creation of database objects like tables, views, joins and indexes.
Creation of load and extract strategies using Teradata Utilities (BTEQ, Fast Load, MultiLoad, FastExport, TPump).
Working knowledge of Teradata Tools (SQL Assistant). Determining and tuning of Teradata SQL for optimal performance.
Develop and support Extraction, Transformation and Load process (ETL) using Informatica PowerCenter to populate Teradata tables and flat files.
Writing UNIX shell scripts (Korn Shell).
Understanding of scheduling tool WLM is added advantage. Understanding of IBM relational clear case is added advantage.
Working knowledge on Perl scripting is added advantage. Understanding of Healthcare domain is added advantage.
