POSITIONS AT BENGALURU/HYDERABAD


Aero Structures Analysis - Nastran/Patran/Hand Calculations (Job Code: ASA) 2 - 10 years’ experience in Aircraft structures, preferably in any one of the following areas: • Analysis of Primary & Secondary (Fuselage, Wing, Empennage) structures • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Stress analysis (Composite & Metallic) and to check the detailed stress analysis as per any OEM standards • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Fatigue & Damage Tolerance analysis (Composite & Metallic) • Working knowledge of Patran/Nastran, Abaqus, MathCAD, Excel VBA will be an added advantage



POSITIONS AT HYDERABAD



Structural Analysis Engineers - Ansys/Nastran/ Patran/Hypermesh/Abaqus (Job Code: SAE) 2 - 8 years’ experience in finite element modelling and analysis using Ansys or Nastran. Candidates should have hands-on experience with various analysis types such as linear statics, non-linear statics (contact, material and large deformation), dynamics (normal modes and cyclic modal) etc. Expertise in 2D/3D FE modeling in Ansys or Hypermesh or Patran/Nastran or LS Dyna or Abaqus, for aero-engine/
turbo-machinery/automotive/heavy engineering components is preferred. Experience in interpreting and understanding FEA results, post-processing and preparing comprehensive analysis reports. Experience with Ansys workbench, FE-Safe, Motion solve, Optistruct, Harmonic Analysis and Random vibration analysis for dynamics would be an addedadvantage.

Aero Structures Design - Catia V5 (Job Code: ASD) 3 - 12 years’ experience in Design of Aircraft structural components (Metallic/Composites) and Detail Design. Ability to support 2D to 3D model creation, 3D Model Based Definition, Systems Design or Composite Design is an added advantage. Well conversant with Aircraft standards, materials and processes.



Instrumentation & Control Engineers (Job Code: I&C) 2 - 3 years’ experience in developing/updating of project related documents, execution of work packages assigned on a project, preparation of control and instrumentation system specifications, preparation of Control System Requirements and Test procedures, preparation of SAMA/Functional logic diagrams using VISIO/AutoCAD, development and testing of control logic, Graphics and IO allocation on DCS platform. Candidates who have work experience with Engineering consulting firms or large EPC companies with hands-on DCS experience in power domain will be preferred.



Mechanical Design Engineers – Turbomachinery (Job Code: MDE-TM) 4 - 8 years’ experience in mechanical design of turbomachinery equipment like Gas turbines, Steam turbines, compressors, etc. Hands-on experience in UG-NX with GD&T knowledge. Experience in Pro-E will be an added advantage.

FEA Engineers - Gas Turbines (Job Code: GT-FEA) 4 - 8 years’ experience in FEA analysis of Gas/Steam turbine components for stress, heat transfer, fatigue and creep life assessments using Ansys, Abaqus and Hypermesh.

Gas Turbine Component Design - CATIA V5 (Job Code: GT-CD) 3 - 6 years’ experience in component design of Aircraft engine or Automotive components. Sound understanding of mechanical design principles, exposure to root cause analyses of field problems and experience in working in multi-discipline teams are pre-requisites. Knowledge of ASMEstandards and GD&T practices are essential. The candidate is expected to prepare design concepts, parametric models and detailed manufacturing drawings using Catia/UG CAD software. 



Wind Turbine Engineers



FEA Engineers (Job Code: WT-FEA) 5 - 8 years’ experience in FEA analysis of wind turbine components, strong in steel (Metallic) structures analysis, fatigue and creep analysis component life assessment using the Ansys, MathCAD & Hypermesh. Should be good atcalculating by hand.

Site Assessment Engineers (Job Code: WT-SAE) 
3 - 8 years’ experience in wind turbine parts configuration with various technologies. Should be able to supervise and check the wind site data and analyze using the WAsp, Windpro and Windformer. Knowledge of IEC 61400-1/IEC 61400-12, micrositing. Co-ordinate and audit the activities undertaken with external partners.

Technical Configuration Engineers (Job Code:WT-TCE) 3 - 5 years’ experience in user configuration (creating parts in PLM system using Wind chill V9.1 and document creation in PLM system). Should be able to co-ordinate the implementation of technical decisions on different areas of Product and BOM. Wind turbine design and component experience will be an added advantage.



POSITIONS AT BENGALURU



Avionics Engineers



Overview of Requirements:

Engineering Graduates/Post Graduates in Electronics, Electrical and Avionics streams with experience ( 6 - 12 years) in embedded software development to power our capability further. The candidates must be familiar with aircraft systems and on-board controllers for critical applications. 

Embedded Core SW (Job Code: AV-ESC)
Experience in development of safety critical software for aircraft systems and airborne controllers as per DO-178B guidelines. Good understanding of device drivers, databases, real-time operating system components and functions. Experience in middle layer software development based on RTOS Nucleus/Vx Works/RT Linux. Experience in tracking technical performance based on timing, memory, stack analysis, Data Coupling and Control Coupling Analysis (Static/Dynamic). Programming skills in C/Ada/Assembly on Embedded platforms based on General Purpose Microprocessors/ Controllers and in C on Digital Signal Processors (DSP) with excellent debugging experience using IDEs, Debuggers, Emulators, Oscilloscope, Logic analyzer, etc.

Engineering Project Management (Job Code: AV-EPM) Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the aerospace software industry, of which more than 4 - 5 years’ experience should have been in managing medium-size/complex aerospace product development/support as mentioned in areas above. Must have PMP or PRINCE II certification and should have managed a program management office. Should be familiar with Project Estimation, Earned Value Management, SW Outsourcing and Vendor Management, Billing, Predictive and Corrective actions to deliver timely work output to customers with expected quality. Should be familiar with tracking aerospace engineering services projects using metrics, while maintaining an excellent relationship with project teams and customers. Should have a strong orientation towards DO-178B based processes.

Desirable skills for all technical roles above: Good exposure to Motor Controllers, Actuators, Electrical Systems (power generation and distribution), Air Management Systems, Environmental Control Systems and Engine Management Systems for commercial aircrafts.

Should have hands-on experience in developing software/hardware requirements from system requirements, model based development and model validation for control applications using MATLAB/Simulink/Real Time Workshop; Lab View, LDRA, RTRT, DOORS, Synergy, Clearcase/Clear quest, Python, Perl, Freescale’s MPC 55XX family processors, etc. Should be capable of, and flexible with switching roles between product development, verification and systems engineering.

Power Electronics Design (Job Code: AV-PED)
3 - 10 years’ experience in Design of analog and digital circuits with hands-on experience in simulation of the circuits using Pspice/Multisim. Performing circuit analysis like worst case, stress and root cause analysis. Designing of circuits with 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers. Designing, development and testing of Power Electronic circuits (e.g. Power supplies, Motor Controls etc). Experience in Avionics domain and standards like DO254, DO160E will be an added advantage. Knowledge of tools like DOORS and VSS is preferred.

Desirable skills: Exposure to Motor Controllers, Actuators, Electrical Systems, Air Management Systems, Environmental Control Systems and Engine Management Systems for commercial aircraft.



Heavy Engineering



Electrical Engineers – Wire Harness (Job Code: EWH) 4 - 12 years’ experience in automotive industry-construction & mining truck/road maintenance equipment/agriculture equipment. The candidates should have hands-on experience in activities such as preparing electrical designs for automotive industry-construction & mining truck/road maintenance equipment/agriculture equipment, etc. Applying design knowledge in Functional Circuit Diagram and Harness Drawings Creation, Component selection, Harness BOM creation, Installation drawing. Must have advanced knowledge of electrical engineering and design and be familiar with applicable codes, standards and acceptable industry practices, Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and E3 Series Software is an added advantage., Visual Basic Scripting knowledge is desirable. Reading, writing and communicating using English language will be sufficient to perform job functions (other preferences will be given for special language skills where there is a business need). Candidates with 8+ years of experience will be expected to supervise and direct a team of Engineers.

Cable Harness Engineer: Creation of wiring harness and electrical components and electrical schematics. Optimizing cable routing using 3D packages, accessories selection, placing of components cabling in a 3D environment. Preparing Wire list and Device table with cross references for schematic circuits. Selection of cables/wires, connector, connecting plugs, plug and socket, sensors. Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and or E3 Series software.

Suitable candidates will be considered for leadership roles to lead our engineering teams and manage customer relationships. 

Qualification for all the positions: B.Tech./ M.Tech. in respective streams.
