Job description:
The HF application engineer will
• Provide technical and modeling advice to North America & India clients for HF products by
-Responding to customer inquiries including, but not limited to:
o Guidance/assistance for overall usage of the required application
o Prompt investigation of possible errors
o Recording of program enhancement requests
• Work collaboratively with software customers to ensure their successful use of ANSYS products, sustain a renewals revenue stream and cultivate opportunities to expand software licenses
• Contribute advanced technical guidance on RF and microwave applications simulations, as well as signal integrity / power integrity problems
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with customers
• Assist
Sales and Marketing units in presales projects, sales campaigns and strategic market development
• Guide in-house efforts in expanding customer accounts
• Use services to promote new software license sales and expansions
• Collaborate in the selling of advanced
consulting services
• Follow procedures, track and organize project information to realize sustained growth in process efficiency
• Developing best practices/procedures for simulating complex HF applications. Collaborate with Mechanical/Fluids specialists to leverage their expertise to help with Multi-physics simulations.
