Position: Technical Lead - Java/J2EE

Skills Required:
•Expert Level proficiency in Java/J2EE Technology
•Hands-on with Struts, EJB, Webservices, Design patterns
•Telecom domain experience will be an added advantage
Job Description:
•Ability to translate Business Requirements to IT Requirements
•Preparation of high quality system and detailed design from the IT requirements.
•Produce high quality, maintainable software components to comply with project quality objectives and standards.
•Be process-compliant in performing the assigned tasks.
•Prepare and perform unit, integration and validation testing and take defects found to closure.
•Contribute in and own software artifacts reviews.
•Demonstrates technical leadership
•Plan for assigned activities as well as sub-system development activities.
•Provide effort estimations and help Manager/ Supervisor in preparing project schedule.
•Work with Manager/ Supervisor in Project team management activities including task allocation as needed.
•Ability to take ownership for a substantially large sub-system and handle independent delivery responsibility.
•Provide technical guidance to the team members.
•Perform regular reviews of deliverables prepared by the team members
•Exhibit strong domain strength in the area of focus.
•Exhibit thorough knowledge of all phases of software development life-cycle.
•Take initiative in process improvements.
