1. Sr. Software developer level
2. 6.8+ years of experience
3. Strong understanding and coding experience in Core-Java with JVM 1.5 or higher
4. Strong understanding of Object Oriented principles
5. Conceptual and Working knowledge in Web Development space using J2EE (JSP, Servlet, MVC Architecture)
6. Experience in any messaging platform.
Desired Skills
1. Java frame works using Struts, Spring etc.
2. ORM technologies using Hibernate, Toplink, Ibatis etc.
3. Experience TIBCO products (EMS, Business Works, AMX etc.)
4. Finance industry experience.
