Production Support Engineer (Java/ Oracle)

Responsibilities:
You will be involved in providing 24×7 critical support that requires investigating and troubleshooting issues, as well as providing timely improvements / resolutions to address problems / incidents encountered.
Other core responsibilities include:

• Perform and monitor production batch jobs, programs, report generation and file transfers for mission critical banking and financial applications.
• Ensure that job executions are completed within the timeframe window
