Applications are invited for one temporary post of RESEARCH ASSOCIATE for the CSIR project on “Synthetic approaches to potent DNA-damaging agent myristinins” in the in the Dept. of Chemistry.

DURATION: Upto 08.04.2012. (Project ends on 08.04.2012)

QUALIFICATION: Ph.D (in Chemistry). Those who have submitted Ph.D can also apply.

FELLOWSHIP: Rs.22,000/-p.m. Candidates will be eligible for House Rent Allowance as
per Institute norms, subject to eligibility.

UPPER AGE LIMIT: Not exceeding 35yrs the day on which the application is made. Relaxable
upto 5yrs for SC/ST, Women and Physically challenged candidates.

NOTE: Candidates should not be a recipient of Research Fellowship (i.e. HTRA), if so give details of the date(s) and amount of award, duration, name of the concerned Scheme / Principal Investigator/Institution & supporting agency.
Other things being equal, preference will be given to SC/ST candidates.
The Co-ordinator has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the announcement.
