Should have 4-6 years of Experience in Micro Soft Technologies
Should have experience in Micro-Soft Technologies like Dot Net Frame Work
Should have experience in ASP.net, ADO.net, C#.Net and web Application Development
Should have experience in WCF, WPF and Ajax Controls, Silver Light Controls
Should have experience in Share Point Server Controls and IIS Server
Should have experience in E-Commerce Application Development
Should have experience in Project Analysis and Designing Architecture
Should have experience in UI Designing
Should have Payment-Gateway Designing
Should have experience in Database Designing and Architecture using MS Sql Server/ My Sql Server 2005/2008 or Oracle
Should have experience in Project Documentation.

Should have experience in UI Designing and Logo Designing

Should have experience in Photoshop, Flash Player and Dream Weaver
Should have experience in CSS
Should have experience in HTML/XML
