  • Technical Support : Responsible for resolving issues pertaining to Networking, Operating System, Hardware, MS Office, Internet Explorer etc.
    GURGAON & HYDERABAD
  • Finance & Accounting : Responsible for resolving issues pertaining to Accounting, Invoicing, Accounts Payable + receivable, Reporting, vendor management etc
    GURGAON, JAIPUR, HYDERABAD & KOLKATA
  • Voice Customer Service : Responsible for dealing with customer calls as per the SLAs outlined by the client and Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
    ALL LOCATIONS
Back End Operations : Responsible for Back End Operations
