Job Description:Support key client groups in aligning business and people strategies, directions and objectives through appropriate advice / interventions in areas of Performance, Rewards and Benefits. Drive key HR Products (Performance Management, Rewards and Benefits) within the business units. Drive the annual compensation survey across business verticals. Provide updated Market Intelligence and MIS to business Support businesses in the development and implementation of incentive schemes. Influence and drive the development of a performance culture including embedding the Values and Performance management and Reward principles. Review / Benchmark Compensation policies and processes and partner with key stakeholders in aligning these to business needs through effective interventions Identify and implement continuous improvement by evaluating policies and processes for performance effectiveness in terms of costs, quality and delivery to meet budget and business requirements and in line with industry best benchmarks. Drive change management projects across the Global Shared Services Center. Play an integral role in business transformation programmes within Organisation Drive reward and benefit integration projects in business integrations , Contact Centre consolidation etc. Comply with all applicable Rules/ Regulations and Company and Group policies. Member of the Organisation HR Team. Point of contact for the Group and member of the Organisation Rewards community, involving best practice sharing, participation in monthly rewards calls etc.

Desired Candidate ProfileThe incumbent should have 8-10 yrs exp in C& B. Should be from Shared Services/ MNCs. Performance Management Culture. Effective Rewards Management to attract, retain talent and improve employee engagement, productivity. Effective Management of staff cost Efficient HR policies and benefits. Networking within Organisation Reward community and external reward community People Management. Influencing Skills. Ability to support Senior Leaders in decision making Ability to independently develop and drive a comprehensive reward strategy to support business requirements.
