Candidate Profile
Any Graduates from a reputed university/ institute with good oral and written communication in English and fluent in speaking Hindi should be able to handle calls and process the calls.
Vacancy Details
Fresher Fresher - - Min 0 - 2 years experience in customer services or operations in a reputed company, preferably in the financial services/ BPO sector.

The job holder is responsible for timely, efficient and appropriate resolution to customer’s emails.

- Deal quickly and effectively with client queries or complaints by email.

- Timely submission of all reports

- Taking care of Inbound calls / Outbound calls (non sales).
