Job Description
Prior testing experience in “any†embedded / networking / systems areas or products.
Prior experience in defining test strategy for various test phases like system test, performance, regression, interoperability tests, stability test and automation tools. Experience in creating master test plan from customer requirements and guiding the team members to convert the architecture requirements into use cases and test cases.
Experience in creating defect tracking reports for presentation to internal and external teams and also be well versed with testing life cycle and bug tracking tools.
Result-oriented, with excellent skill to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Should possess scripting skills (Knowledge in C is an advantage) and should have experience in design and development of test applications or tools.
Experience of coordinating people to complete tasks within deadline. Should have very good communication skills to work across groups and locations, and should be ready to travel to other locations, if required.
