Training to start from May 2011

The PO Recruitment Programme is being conducted by ICICI bank for the past few years wherein selected candidates are trained in banking skills.They are then appointed as Assistant Managers ,after completion of training.


Eligibility: Applicants looking to apply for ICICI Bank PO 2011 recruitment,

* Should have completed graduation with 55% aggregate marks.

Selection: The selection process involves Aptitude test, GD & Interview.Those shortlisted, have to undergo training at Manipal Academy (Bangalore) for 14 months(with stipend) in which they will be enrolled for MBA(Banking & Finance) degree.On  successful completion of training, candidates would be appointed in ICICI Bank as Asst.Managers with annual salary of more than 3.5 lakhs
